Aluminum
All aluminum components are smooth finish high strength alloy 6063-T6 extrusions unless
otherwise noted. Aluminum feedstock contains recycled aluminum.
Deck and Ramp Surface
Surfaces are .080" thick with integral stiffener ribs which are 1.5" deep and mate together forming a 3" rib providing distributed weight support of 250 lbs per square foot. Deck is
finished in choice of midnight black carpet or textured non-skid black powder-coat paint. All ramps are finished in
non-skid black powder-coat paint. On stage sections 3/4" protected black Velcro™ is provided on full perimeter for optional skirting. Alulite™ products have a Lifetime Guarantee!
Carpet
Carpet is Stamina by Grassmore (100% high UV Olefin) with an all-weather unitary
backing. Carpet carries a "Class A" fire rating. Carpet manufacturer provides warranties as
follows: 100% High UV Olefin; Class A fire rating; 4-year indoor limited fade guarantee; 4-year
outdoor limited fade guarantee; 4-year indoor limited wear guarantee; 4-year outdoor limited wear
guarantee; all-weather unitary backing; stain free; E-Z care.
Legs
Welded aluminum cross member assemblies are bolted to stage deck. Leg inserts are cut lengths of 2" square aluminum tubing in 8", 16", 24", or 32" lengths. Legs are capped on the bottom with
durable plastic stopper glides to protect floor surfaces. Positive hand-tightened knob locks each insert into place. Legs are stored underneath stage decks.
Ramp Elevation
Each 8-foot ramp raises 8" in elevation. Ramp entry piece raises 2.5" in elevation.
Slide Key
Stage sections are mated and "locked" together with 4" anodized aluminum slide key system
providing a level top with no gaps between sections. Sections can be joined at any point where decks meet by sliding key along bottom edges of adjoining sections. Key is stored under deck
sections with Velcro™.
Stairs
Two-step and three-step stair units are constructed of one piece welded frame and handrail of 1.5" aluminum tubing. Steps are 10" deep, and 36" wide. Elevation between each step is 8". Stair frame and steps are finished in non-skid black powder-coat paint. Stair units
require assembly. All necessary hardware and easy-to-follow instructions are included.
Handrails
Handrail uprights are 1.5" aluminum tubing. Lateral rail components are 1.25" aluminum tubing. Handrail dimensions are 48" wide by 36" high. Each handrail clamps to stage with hand-tightened bolt. Handrails have mid-rail and chair-stop built into handrail. They are finished with black TGIC
polyester powder-coat paint.
