Sustainability
Aluminum extrusions contain 50% recycled aluminum; 30% is post-consumer content and 20% is pre-consumer content. Southern Aluminum products are recyclable. All aluminum components are smooth finish high strength alloy 6063-T6 extrusions unless otherwise noted.
Table Tops
All top surfaces are .080” thick with integral stiffener ribs and have 1½” profile edge. End caps are heavy gauge and have high impact cast corner inserts which will absorb abuse from frequent setup and take down. Table tops are constructed of individual boards bolted together and have longitudinal seams. Table tops will not crack or warp after extended usage or exposure to heat, moisture or sunlight. Tables have permanent scratch-resistant stacking bumpers attached to the legs to prevent damage when stacking. Table corners will withstand a drop squarely on edges/corners from a height of 24” at any temperature without splitting apart, cracking, or creating sharp corners. Tables will not emit toxic fumes, gases or smoke in high temperatures related to a fire (passes California Fire Code 133). Tops are available in silver anodized finish or in selected powder-coat paint colors. Alulite® products have a Lifetime Guarantee – for as long as you own them!
Rectangular & Square Table Tops
End caps are heavy gauge aluminum which will take abuse from frequent set-up and take down. Table tops are constructed of individual boards bolted together and have longitudinal seams.
Round Table Tops
Table perimeter utilizes an aluminum anodized band capable of withstanding frequent usage.
Folding Legs
All legs are aluminum and welded together for strength, then attached to the table with zinc-plated bolts and nuts. Mineral Bronze powder coat is applied to legs to eliminate rust.
Wishbone Leg Style
Wishbone folding legs are 16 gauge heat-treated aluminum 1¼” diameter shaped into the wishbone pattern for maximum leg room.
H, Roman II, & Individual Folding Leg Styles
The H and Roman II folding legs are 1½” square aluminum with .065” wall thickness for additional strength.
Adjustable H Leg Style
The adjustable H folding legs are 1½” square aluminum with .065” wall thickness. Each leg adjusts in 1” increments from 16” to 24” on the children’s height table and from 24.5” to 34.5” on the standard, adjustable height tables.
Load Capacity
Alulite Tables® will support up to 3,000 lbs. of distributed weight. All aluminum leg styles are tested to exceed 2,000 lbs. of direct weight on each leg.
Care and Maintenance
Do not drag table along rough surfaces as this will damage the finish. Clean with mild soapy water and rinse thoroughly. Non-abrasive household cleaners can be used on stains.
