Sustainability
Aluminum extrusions contain 50% recycled aluminum; 30% is post-consumer content. Southern Aluminum products are recyclable. Laminate is GREENGUARD certified for low emissions. Laminate adhesive does not contain urea-formaldehyde resins. All aluminum components are smooth finish high strength alloy 6063-T6 extrusions unless otherwise noted.
Table Tops
All top surfaces are .065” thick with integral stiffener ribs. Tops are constructed of individual aluminum boards bolted together and have longitudinal seams. MardiGras Tables® have a 1” profile. Alulite Tables® and iDesign Tables™ have a 1 1/2” profile. Table tops will not crack or warp after extended usage or exposure to heat, moisture or sunlight. Tables will not emit toxic fumes, gases or smoke in high temperatures related to a fire (passes California Fire Code 133). MardiGras Tables® have a 15-year Warranty. Alulite Tables® and iDesign Tables™ have a Lifetime Guarantee!
Square Table Tops
End caps are heavy gauge aluminum, which will take abuse from frequent set-up and take down. Tops are constructed of individual aluminum boards bolted together and have longitudinal seams. Tops without a laminate surface feature a sound-dampening material.
Round Table Tops
Table perimeter utilizes an aluminum band capable of withstanding frequent usage. Tops are constructed of individual aluminum boards bolted together and have longitudinal seams.
Pedestal Base
Pedestal legs are constructed of 1 1/2” square tubing with a .125” wall. Legs use 6063-T6 heat treated aluminum. Pedestal is available in 30” and 42” height or an adjustable height (30” - 42”).
Pedestal Column
Pedestal column is 2 5/8” square tubing constructed of .250” walls of 6063-T6 heat-treated aluminum.
Flip Top Mechanism
Flip top mechanism is constructed of 11 gauge steel. A lock and hand-tightening knob secures the table in each position.
Care and Maintenance
Clean table tops with mild soapy water and rinse thoroughly. Non-abrasive household cleaners can be used on stains. Swirl finish is delicate and will be compromised if not handled with appropriate care. The surface finish is sealed with clear coating to aid in protection, but inappropriate handling of this product will remove the protection and the finish will be damaged. Regular use of Pledge® on Swirl tables enhances the shine and reduces scuff marks.
